Sunbiz gives you names and a registered office address — usually a management company's. We go further: matching each board member to their personal residential address via county property records, flagging their role, including DBPR management company data, and structuring the output around your outreach goal. A raw Sunbiz pull takes hours to clean and still misses the address data you actually need.
Yes. Every contact is tagged by role as filed with Sunbiz — President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Director. If your strategy targets only top decision-makers, we can filter or flag accordingly. Just tell us what you need when you submit.
Most deliveries are completed within 48 hours of receiving your association list. For larger lists (500+ associations), allow up to 72 hours. You'll receive your file via email when it's ready.
If a contact can't be enriched — because they rent, own through a trust, or use an out-of-state address — we still include them in the output and flag the address as incomplete. You'll know exactly which contacts need manual follow-up.
